The Spatial portion of the Block Group data was downloaded 3/19/2012 from the following site: nhgis.org The demographic data was downloaded from the following site: nhgis.org Renamed from FL_blck_grp_1990.shp to CENBLKGRP_1990 A variety of GIS techniques including python scripting were used to parse, aggregate, and join the tabular demographic data to the spatial data.
