The American Community Survey data was downloaded from the Census Bureau in .csv format from: https://www2.census.gov/programs-surveys/acs/summary_file/2015/data/5_year_by_state/ date downloaded: 12/9/16 Changed name from tlgdb_2015_a_12_fl_931.gdb\Block_Group to CENACS_2015 A variety of GIS techniques including python scripting were used to parse, aggregate, and join the tabular demographic data to the spatial data. The result is a feature class with logically named fields that are made up of one or more census fields. Process Date: 20161220
