DATA LINEAGE SUMMARY:

April 2011: Existing BMAP Project shapefiles from the November 2010 update were edited, updated and merged into one streamlined shapefile. BMAP Project Boundaries consisting of multiple shapefile records were dissolved into shapefiles with single records. Updated boundaries were verified for accuracy by way of direct communication with Basin Coordinators. Corrections and adjustments were made as needed. Process Date: 20110622 Updates for July 2011 BMAP have been incorporated and final BMAP Project updates have been verified. Process Date: 201107 Submitted as a new SDE Layer Process Date: 20110728 Added new layer in ArcSDE. Metadata updated, data published in DataMiner Process Date: 20110729 Updates and revisions for October 2011 BMAP have been incorporated and verified. Process Date: 20111005 Submitted for SDE update Process Date: 20111006 Updated layer from shapefile sent by Ron Hughes. RH changed Status from Adoption Pending to Adopted after checking FDEP BMAP page. Silver Springs and Silver River: Edited using Silver Springs springshed polygon from groundwater section on 20130103. This boundary could change in the future. Rainbow Springs and Rainbow River: Edited using Rainbow Springs springshed polygon from groundwater section on 20130103. This boundary could change in the future. Upper Wakulla River (Formerly Wakulla River, Munson Slough and Lake Munson): Combined WBID 1006 with Wakulla Springshed from groundwater section and changed name to Upper Wakulla River on 20130108 for Anita Nash. Lake Okeechobee RA Plan: Revised 20130111 using a shapefile obtained from Kim Jackson at request of Anita Nash. Coincides with Lake Okeechobee BMAP boundary. Revised again on 20130215 using shapefile from Kim. Lake Okeechobee BMAP: Created on 20130111 using a shapefile obtained from Kim Jackson at request of Anita Nash. Beth Alvi confirmed that she will be Basin Coordinator. Coincides with Lake Okeechobee RA Plan boundary. Revised again on 20130215 using shapefile from Kim. Wekiva: Revised the boundary to include the groundwater portion on 20130122. Initially notified of the error by the Eric Hicks in the Groundwater section. Shares space with Upper Ocklawaha. Lake Tohopekaliga: Acquired shapefile from Beth Alvi whose data source was Kimberly Lawrence from Osceola County Public Works on 20130111. St. Lucie: Updated on 20130110 at request of Anita Nash. Shapefile was edited to match the edge of the edited Santa Fe BMAP boundary at request of Terry Hansen. Unnamed Branch deleted on 20130305 at Anita's request. Deleted lake Okeechobee "Areas undergoing Restoration Supporting TMDL Implementation" since the BMAP is now underway at Charles Gauthier's request on 20130306. The data was downloaded in shapefile format and was in the following projection: Albers NAD 83 HARN. During the AQ/QC process the following tasks were undertaken: - Redefined the dataset's projection from FDEP Albers to FGDL Albers. - Deleted the OBJECTID field. - Uppercased all records in the table. - A DESCRIPT field was added based on PROJECT. - A FGDLAQDATE field was added based on date downloaded from source. - Renamed file from STATEWIDE_BMAP_AREAS to bmap_area_jan14.
