DATA LINEAGE SUMMARY:

GeoPlan downloaded the source for this dataset from the Florida Department of Transportation, Materials Office website on June 7th, 2010. http://www.dot.state.fl.us/statematerialsoffice/quality/programs/qualitycontrol/materialslistings/sources/spreadsheet/producers.xls http://www.dot.state.fl.us/statematerialsoffice/quality/programs/qualitycontrol/materialslistings/sources/asphaltsource.pdf The data was received as an xls and then converted to a dbf. The Latitude Longitude coordinates were joined over from the asphaltsource.pdf file. The dataset was then mapped based on the provided Latitude Longitude coordinates. Non mapped addresses were moved to the Gulf of Mexico. There were 3 records that fell into this category. - Shapefile created using WGS84 was reprojected to the FGDL Albers HPGN map projection. - All fields were upcased. - A DESCRIPT field was added based on NAME - A FGDLAQDATE field was added based on date downloaded from source - File was originally named producers.xls Process Date: 20100607 Data imported to ArcSDE and exported as a shapefile.
