Later, SWFWMD filed two objections. One objection was reviewed and found to be a mistake on the part of SWFWMD. The other objection has not been reviewed. Islands along wmd boundaries were arbitrarily assigned a wmd name.

The line data was interperted from Florida State Statute and digitized on the fly from 1;24,000 USGS Mylars. The original projection was UTM. The Data was later projected to DER Lambert and even later to Florida Albers. The coverage was then EXPORTed, FTPed to a DEC/ALPHA running UNIX, and inserted into the quad library.
