This data set shows the locations where snowy plovers were observed in Florida during January 2006.

Purpose:

This observation data shows the general locations of the birds during the 2006 census.

Supplemental_Information:

To create this GIS layer, data was taken from the "2006 International Piping and Snowy Plover Winter Census: Individual Census Reports" that were submitted to the US FWS from individuals throughout the state.
