GeoPlan, during the QA/QC process included the following aspects: (1) Reprojected data to FGDL Albers HPGN (See "Map Projection Parameters" below) (2) Upcased all character records (3) Changed original file name from "lmrks" to "lmarks" (4) Table join in ArcView from .dbf file of CFCC codes and their definitions (5) DESCRIPT item was added based on the item CFCC, defined by the US Census

Downloaded from the US Census website (<http://www.census.gov/geo/www/tiger>).The original projection parameters were NAD83, Decimal Degrees. The dataset was then reprojected to FGDL Albers. The original file name was changed from "lmrks" to "lmarks". In ArcView a table join from .dbf file was completed in order define the CFCC codes with the DESCRIPT item. All character records were upcased.
