Abstract:
The Permit Compliance System (PCS) Feature data set contains layers of facilities that discharge to water and provides locations of and information on sites within EPA's Permit Compliance System (PCS). The Permit Compliance System (PCS), is a national computerized management information system that automates entry, updating, and retrieval of National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) data and tracks permit issuance, permit limits and monitoring data, and other data pertaining to facilities regulated under NPDES. PCS was developed in 1974 and records water-discharge permit data on more than 64,000 facilities nationwide. PCS provides information on information on when a permit was issued and expires, how much the company is permitted to discharge, and the actual monitoring data showing what the company has discharged.
Purpose:
PCS is used by EPA programs, regions, states, and water programs for monitoring water quality.

STEP 2: Selected all column(s) for the output by clicking on the square box next to each of the column names. Then click on "STEP 3: Enter Search Criteria" button at the bottom of the page.

STEP 3: Enter Search Criteria and Organize the Output -> enter Program System Acronym = PCS -> enter State Code = FL -> click on button "Output to CSV File"

Saved CSV file and then converted it to .dbf file using Excel.
