These drycleaning sites are eligible for a state funded program (Drycleaning Solvent Cleanup Program) to cleanup properties that are contaminated as a result of the operations of a drycleaning facility or a wholesale supply company (Chapter 376, Florida Statutes). A fund has been established to pay for the costs related to the cleanup of these properties. Drycleaners applied to participate in this program from 1995 (when the law was passed) to December 31, 1998. All sites have confirmed contamination above Contamination Target Levels and have complied with conditions set in the law.

Pull scripts modified to allow greater precision during location calculations and to assume NULL values as NAD83.
The source data for these layers was modified to have Program Name set as 'Drycleaner' instead of 'Dry Cleaner.' The SQL to pull the data, however, was modified to look for the integer value representing Program. These updates required a change to DEP.DRYCLEAN_SP_VW by querying for the updated 'Drycleaner' value.

This dataset was downloaded by the GeoPlan Center on 4/4/2019 from the FDEP website (http://geodata.dep.state.fl.us/). The data was received as a geodatabase and was in the following projection: NAD_1983_HARN_Florida_GDL_Albers. This dataset is updated daily. Contact the FDEP for the most recent data. - Added the field DESCRIPT based on NAME. - Added fields LAT_DD_1, LONG_DD_1, MGRS, and GOOGLEMAP. LAT_DD_1 and LONG_DD_1 were calculated using the calculate geometry command and selecting decimal degrees as the units. MGRS was calculated using the Convert Coordinate Notation tool and selecting Output coordinate Format as MGRS. The GOOGLEMAP field was calculated by concatenating: "https://www.google.com/maps/place/" & [MGRS]. - Added the field FGDLAQDATE based on date downloaded from source. - Upcased all text in the attribute table except for DOCUMENTS field. - Data set was renamed dryclean_apr19 from Dryclean_SP Notes: This layer seems to be pulled from a different database as of April 2017.
