The FGDL layer CNTBND_SEP15 represents the spatial portion of this data. The American Community Survey data was downloaded from the Census Bureau in .csv format from: https://www2.census.gov/programs-surveys/acs/summary_file/2017/data/5_year_by_state/ date downloaded: 1/8/20 A variety of GIS techniques including python scripting were used to parse, aggregate, and join the tabular demographic data to the spatial data. The result is a feature class with logically named fields that are made up of one or more census fields.
