Spatial and Attribute Information

This dataset was created using ESRI event mapping. The route system is the 
Transportation Data and Analytics' linear referencing system (LRS). The event 
source data are from an Oracle view of the secbrks table. The query used to 
generate the source table is: select 
"YEAR","DISTRICT","COSITE","ROADWAY","BEGIN_POST","END_POST","A
ADT","AADTFLG","KFCTR","KFLG","K100FCTR","K100FLG","DFCTR","DFLG",
"TFCTR","TFLG" from secbrks where year = 2006

The data set was taken from the Florida Department of 
Transportation Statistics Office from the following webpage:  
http://www.dot.state.fl.us/planning/statistics/gis
The data set was originally downloaded in OCTOBER 2017 as the 
RCI basemap.  Specific instructions, created by URS 
Corporation and the GeoPlan Center, were carried out.
The data set is then to be updated on a regular basis. The 
data was originally in UTM Zone 17, Nad83, units meters.  
The data was projected to Albers HPGN.

-Download the most recent Statewide Personal GeoDataBase
-Export from feature class "aadt" to shapefile
-Project the shape file to the standard FGDL projection.
-Deleted items Shape_Leng, Shape_Length
-Add Descript item based on AADT
